Letter to Our Customers

I want to thank you for placing your trust in us! I hope we have been good stewards of that trust! We know and understand there are other manufacturers that you can buy from and we do not take your decision to buy from us for granted. We strive to provide you value by giving you a distinct competitive advantage when you buy from us! Our mission is to give you a distinct competitive advantage by providing the best total value through superior service, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery of high quality metal building and roofing products.

  • Distinct – Distinguished from all others: clearly seen; unquestionable
  • Competitive – Involving an attempt to win, better than the competition
  • Advantage – a superior or favorable position

Since 2004 we have been building a foundation upon which we can provide you a Distinct Competitive Advantage for years to come. Some of our competition has seemingly sprouted faster than we have by taking on a shotgun approach to sales. To get as much business as quick as they can and then find out if they can service it. I refuse to take business that we are not 100% confident we can service with excellence, from the very first order. What good does it do to promise you a price or a delivery date that we may or may not be able to meet? I value our current and future customer’s trust and confidence more than that. Some of the best meals I’ve had have cooked all day in a crock pot or in a slow fire BBQ pit. It’s not as fast as the microwave, but you are pretty much guaranteed a great tasting meal. Slow and steady, methodical and on purpose! We operate under the principle that a good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold. We believe that we can and will stand out from our competition by continually refining and improving our business systems to provide you with a distinct competitive advantage.

Sincerely,

Adam Steck
