Building Dreams by Doing the Impossible

It may be cold outside but we are still building dreams!

This customer has wanted a man-cave and shop on his property for over 20 years. Thanks to the Team at Southwest, that dream is now a reality!

This is a Hunter Green 30 x 60 x 14 bolt up building with skylights. It has a 4/12 roof pitch and a 12 x 30 lean to.

This project was nestled deep in a heavily wooded area. So heavily wooded, some would have called it impossible to build there. But not Project Manager Johnny Kerby. He worked around the ravines and cut down a few trees to place the building where the customer wanted. He also repositioned the building to cut out added fill dirt. The concrete piers and elevated stem wall secure a solid foundation and allow for proper water drainage.

Having one person to deal with sold this customer on Southwest Steel Buildings. He had shopped around, getting quotes from various steel buildings companies. He said he found some people who would sell him a building. But he had to find someone else to do the concrete and then someone else to erect it. When he discovered he could work with just one person, he was sold!

“This was a really tight job site and I’m proud of Johnny for going over and above. Everyone else would’ve walked away and not put a building where the customer wanted. But Johnny stuck with it and made it happen!” ~Adam Steck

Since 2003 our goal has been to bring integrity back to the building process. We have found most people aren’t simply looking for just a building. Most people have a purpose and a dream for their building and we want to help make it a reality.

If you’re ready to build your project, the first step is to start the conversation on our website.
