This could be demonstrated by a conversation with a contractor at the frount counter, developing tools to save them time on quoting, or providing opportunities for growth through our Leadership Development classes.

Out of a thankful heart and a love for what we do, we seek to Spread Joy to those around us on a daily basis. Joy sounds like laughter in the hallways at our office, a contractor being loaded quickly so they can get back to work, and a driver grabbing a bag from our customer service team that has water, snacks and encouraging note of appreciation in it.
