Samantha wants to build a steel building on her property so her husband’s band equipment can live somewhere else besides their living room. Samantha dreams of quiet air space after dinner and trips to Hobby Lobby to refurnish the living room into a cozy, beautiful gathering area
Samantha has saved for 2 years for this steel building. But she has no experience or knowledge in steel construction and worries someone could take advantage of her.
Her neighbor told her a story about someone on their street who hired Larry the handyman to remodel their garage into a game room. They agreed on the specifics and the guy asked for half the money up front so he could buy materials. He said he would start the next week.
Six weeks later, crews still had never stepped foot on their property and now Larry won’t return their phone call. Finally, the family had to ask someone else to do their remodel project without getting their money back from Larry.
Samantha doesn’t know what she’d do if that happened to her. This building is too important to her.
Samantha started scouting steel building companies online after the kids went to bed. Filtering through the countless websites left her with a headache and more confused than when she started. Everything sounded good, but what if they’re all like Larry?
She wished she could talk with someone about her building. Someone she could trust. Someone who wouldn’t nickel and dime her out of her last penny. Someone who could show her how to get started.
Finally Samantha went to bed, emotionally exhausted thinking, Ugh! Why does it have to be this hard?
If Samantha’s story sounds familiar, you are not alone. Finding someone to build your project can be complicated and confusing.
Southwest Steel Buildings began as a dream to bring integrity back to the building process. We have found most people aren’t simply looking for just a building. Most people have a purpose and a dream for their building and we want to be a part of making that dream a reality.
The customers we connect the most with are like Samantha.
They have a rough design of what they want and we help guide the process and bring it to life. When you bring flexibility to the table, we are able to add the most value to your project, and we can accomplish the utility purpose plus the dream behind the project at the same time.
Metal construction is unique. Unlike wood, there are limitations and we know how to customize without losing quality.
So what’s your dream?
Maybe it’s just sketched out on the back of a napkin. If you’re looking to customize and maximize value like Samantha without meeting Larry, our Project Managers are right for you! Give us a call or request a quote online. We want to partner with you to build your project so you don’t have to navigate the process alone.
"Definitely one of the wisest decisions I’ve made was to trust Johnny and the Team at Southwest with my new building. I highly recommend them for any metal building project you may need. They handled every aspect of the project from start to finish. All of the subcontractors performed flawlessly. Please come and take a tour of our fine facility and see for yourself.” ~Steve, Golf Car Ranch
