Building Specifics

This is a 30' x 40' x 12' insulated building on a concrete foundation.

It includes:

  • (1) 10 x 10 overhead door

  • (1) 10 x 7 framed opening

  • (2) 2x4 framed openings for windows supplied by owner

  • 12" overhang on all sides.

 

This is a weld-up structure with 26-gauge 40-year limited warranty roof, wall and trim sheets.

This facility is very versatile and will last a lifetime.
